1. Do I have to go hungry to loose weight?

Absolutely not, that is the worst way to loose weight. I will should you how to eat till you don't want any more and still loose weight.

2. Will my skin hang after I loose weight.

Not with my program. The secret is in the Diet. Your skin will look tight and fit again.

3. How long does it take?

In 3 weeks you can see a difference in the mirror. This is a life long change. The more you put into it, the more you'll get out of it.

4. The most common question I get is if I am real or did I always look like this?

Well, no I didn't always look like this. I started when I was 38 years old. It took a long time to build the big muscles you see now.

5. The ladies want to know if they can touch my arms and chest.

Well this is a no Brainer, of course you can touch me.

6. People want to know how much I can bench

The higher the number you give, the more they gasp.

7. Everybody wants to know if I can pick them up and hold them for a picture.

Well some I can, some I cant, but I always do the best I can to make everybody Happy.

8. A lot of people want to if I workout all the time.

I workout 1.5 hours per day. I do 30 minutes cardio in the morning and 30 in the afternoon. 6 days a week.
