Do I have to go hungry to loose weight?
Absolutely not, that is the worst way to loose
weight. I will should you how to eat till you don't want any more and
still loose weight.

How long does it take?
In 3 weeks you can see a difference
in the mirror. This is a life long change. The more you put into it,

Well, no I didn't always
look like this. I started when I was 38 years old. It took a long time
to build the big muscles you see now.

workout 1.5 hours per day. I do 30 minutes cardio in the morning and
30 in the afternoon. 6 days a week.
