Let me tell you a little about me...
I have been training and eating healthy for 15 years. Just when you think everything is going just right you get a wake up call. I got mine September 1st, 2009. I started to swell in my upper legs and groin area and within two hours I was so big in my legs and knees I went to the E.R.

Before I was diagnosed

There they made me take a cat-scan and sent me home. By the next morning I was so swollen I went back to the E.R. and the Doctor said..." I don't know how to say this...(me being a Marine...I said "No bullshit, what's wrong??")...You have a mass 2" around on your kidney and your lymph nodes are swollen so bad." Then come the Million Dollar Question......What do I do??!!

He told me that I had 4 to 6 months to get my things in order. WOW!!

So I went to a cancer facility and all of those Doctors said the same thing.

You know that little two letter work "IF"? Well it has different meaning for everyone but that day the meaning for me was life or death.

The Doctor said that they could take out my kidney but "IF" the cancer is in your lymph nodes we can't stop it!!

Well after the 11" cut across my abs, one less kidney and 12 days in the hospital the doctors told me the great news that my lymph nodes were clean. After gaining 60 pounds of water weight and losing 40 pounds of muscle the sent me home. The doctors tell me I have a clean bill of health and I am able to get back in the gym.

Right out of the hospital at 292lbs

It took me 3 months to get back in pretty good shape. My mid section is still a little tender but I am back better than ever!!

So don't sit there and tell me that you can't eat right and do your exercise!!

Just get off your ass and join me in changing your life!!
